Starting in 2019, the 4 elevators at our building were modernized by Action Elevator using non- proprietary equipment. Prior to the modernization of the elevators, we experienced passenger entrapments on an almost weekly basis. Since Action Elevator completed the modernization, we have not had a single entrapment. The process was well planned out with very little disruptions of service and at no time were we without any elevators. We opted for Destination Dispatch, which resulted in a vast improvement on elevator call wait times and almost eliminated the need to share an elevator with another passenger – timing worked out perfectly as COVID hit shortly after. We have continued using Action Elevator for our preventative maintenance and service with no plans to change. I cannot recommend Action Elevator highly enough.

Action completed a modernization of five hydraulic elevators at our property in Maryland in 2022. Two of those elevators were in a unique environment, work that Action completed on time and their mechanic adapted to the special requirements of the space. As a business, where elevators are critical to the daily operations of our building and keeping our clients happy, it is an absolute nightmare when elevators fail. Obviously, we reached out to some repair companies that are known worldwide, to try and get our issues resolved but after looking at the big-name companies quote on the bottom line, I was left with a bit of sticker shock as well as less than enamored with the care in customer service. This was not the situation when dealing with Action Elevator.
